Murali: During the past fourteen years, more than 5,000 active and older adults have attended Dr. Vedula’s presentations and classes on the topic of brain fitness. He does a series of Brain Jogging presentations about memory and brain fitness and also teaches a four or five-week course called Mind Aerobics. Dr. Vedula has taught Brain Jogging and Mind Aerobics numerous times and has received rave reviews! Students appreciate his articulate, interactive, and non-threatening style. Dr.V’s unique ability to present scientific facts in a practical and entertaining manner engages students of all ages and promotes learning that lasts a lifetime.
